FORMAT: 4 GAMES PER TEAM
COST: $395 (includes hst and Jersey)

Thank you for your interest in the St. Michael’s Buzzers Jr A team. We welcome you to our registration page. Please follow instructions carefully.
- Register by filling out form below and submitting payment. No spot will be granted without camp payment by e-transfer.
- Cost is $ 395.00 (tax and jersey included), submit by e-transfer to buzzercamps@gmail.com, (with password) hockey
- Open to players aged 2009-05
- Camp will run at St. Michael’s Arena
- You will receive an email simply confirming your registration, schedule, jersey #/colour and further camp information.
- To avoid SPAM, please include buzzercamps@gmail.com in your contacts.
- Full Face protection and Neck guards mandatory, bring your own labelled water bottle
- Check in 30 min prior to your first game
- PTS/Permission to Skate for Players required (2009-08-07 all levels, except HS, Prep, JrB, JrC)
- PTS/Permission to Skate must be emailed in advance to buzzercamps@gmail.com
- The Tryout Permission Form must be completed and submitted by a player that has minor eligibility remaining from his home centre. Junior players who are trying out for a higher category team within the OHA, and High School/Prep only, do not require a Tryout Permission form. The signed form must be obtained directly from your minor team representative or GM.
