Primomo has two assists in his first four games with Toronto this fall.

He played his first 12 games in the OJHL with the Aurora Tigers as an affiliate player from the Toronto Marlboros U18 team in 2019-20.

He committed to St. Mike’s in 2020 and played two full seasons (2021-23)  with the Buzzers following the COVID-cancelled 2022-21 campaign.

His OJHL stats include 32 points (17 goals/15 assists) in 96 games.

“I had a really enjoyable time for both the years I spent playing in the OJHL,” Primomo told the OJHL. “I am honoured to have played for the St. Michael’s Buzzers. The history of the team is amazing with so many notable players having played there. The atmosphere and environment at St. Mike’s was extraordinary and I am grateful to have had the chance to play there.”

Primomo is studying commerce at U of T.

“What persuaded me to attend the University of Toronto was the great hockey program, the incredible academics, and the history of the school,” he said. “U of T is a school unlike any other with a fantastic hockey team as well as high-level academics along with an amazing community. I am honoured to have the chance to be playing at the University of Toronto and my time here so far has been amazing.”

“We are happy Nick (is playing at)  U of T,” Rich Ricci, Head Coach and General Manager, told the OJHL. “Nick looks to continue his education and hockey career with the Blues. Nick possessed a great shot and an exceptional level of straight-away speed. We wish him great success.”

Congratulations to Nick and best of luck in U SPORTS!
